EXTREMELY RARE... usually read about commotio cardis in textbooks but rarely see it live. The timing of the hit has to be so precise and strong enuff at exactly the hundredth or thousandth of a millisecond that the heart rhythm is in the up-cycle. Shocking the heart in up stroke.
