A hallmark of great UI design:. "think for the user, don't make the user think". Unfortunately web3 wallets often split assets across chains and very little is done to handle this fragmentation issue on an interface level. .
The Asset + Chain pattern is really really bad - either auto detect with smart heuristics or defer the decision as much as possible, else see people churn. Think for the user, don't make the user think. (Not a jab at this specific wallet, everybody is the same)

Avocado is working towards becoming an aggregation layer for 100s of chains, so much so that users won't realise which chain they are using. We plan to be a single gateway to all EVM chains. Very excited for a chain-abstracted future 🥑⚡️.
