i gotta remember that if i have fuck ups and eat 1200 it's still a huge deficit, way under my BMR, most health advice says to NEVER eat under BMR, if I fuck up and eat 1200 it's ok, i can try again (trying to brainwash myself so i don't have a moment like yesterday).
