The grind doesn’t stop!! Yesterday I had a hitting session with @Coachkevin_3117! We worked on pushing instead of just turning and going straight to the ball for faster hands! Tonight i’m back with @IntentionalSpo for a speed,agility, and conditioning session! @Windmills2028

Yesterday I had a team practice with the main focus of fielding. I woke up bright and early at 8:00am today for another workout session with @IntentionalSpo! Today’s focus was conditioning and having more stamina for longer! It was a great session and motivated to keep the grind!
