Kindergarten celebrated Dr. Seuss this week with special Seuss centers all week long. The children sorted goldfish by color, learned a new Seuss song, marked wacky things on the smartboard, had a wacky guest read to them and much more! The week ended with a Dr. Seuss snack mix.

Due to the predication of lake effect snow that will be effecting Cook County and hazardous travel anticipated for the morning rush hour, there will be no school on Thursday, February 3, 2022. It will be designated as a "Snow Day" and no virtual learning.

We recently welcomed back members of the class of 2011 for their 10 year reunion! The laughter, stories and remember when’s was and continues to be, all part of the wonderful magic St. Cletus School provides to the many students that have walked and will walk through our halls.

Mrs. Mahr's and Mrs. Firestone's Kindergarten classrooms joined together to have a Thanksgiving celebration of blessings with friends. We enjoyed friendship fruit salad, a thanksgiving mix, a movie and enjoyed sharing our blessings with one another. #Thanksgiving

Band lessons are offered for grades 4th – 8th. We have a concert band and cadet band. Students get individual attention to increase their skills across the board. Two concerts are held each year as well as individual competitions. Thanks, Mr. Enns! #band #lagrangeIL

Our 8th grade students have been working in small groups to assemble solar powered robots during Technology class. Through this activity, they are developing important skills such as problem solving, attention to detail, patience, and debugging.
