@leetaft @grrife @MattSanders132 Its a conversation that needs to be had. Depending on the player, I will suggest AAU or personal training, whichever one is going to get that kid increased effectiveness on their team next season. There's a place and time and fit for AAU, it just isn't for everyone all the time.

@MattSanders132 @grrife @leetaft In the 90's I was a kid who played basketball every chance I got and my assessment is how I grew up playing is different from what these kids are doing in AAU. I didn't have coaches yelling at me to go hard in the 13th hour of the 3rd game of the day. It's way more extra today.
