@drkeithsiau 2/2 A rarer type is a mesocolic hernia which occurs when the roux loop is bought in a retrocolic through the transverse mesocolon to form the gastrojejunostomy. The hernia in this case is alongside the loop through the mesocolon defect.

@ahmadnassar 4-10% sounds quite high. Agree it should be occasional get out of jail manoeuvre even in hot cases. 1-2% is a more appropriate level. Saying that I should audit my cases.
