Over the years, I contemplated how the judiciary could be shielded from political agendas, independent judiciary. I pray the next CJ and the Constitutional Review committee consider this process in the amendments Ghanaians have longed for.
@Sir_NYAME @barkervogues I said no appointments to the courts. There should be a clear pathway to rise through the ranks. So from magistrate, you are aware what you need to achieve to become a JSC. Then there should be a fixed term for CJ who is elected by the current JSCs
