On Sunday 26th March we had the pleasure of inviting Paddy Vaughan into the Hemel Hempstead depot for a visit, Paddy has Autism and buses is one of his main passions in life. Ian Liddle, our duty Manager at our Hemel depot, hosted the tour and which Paddy absolutely loved.

On Sunday our Southend depot played against a team from our Hemel/Ware depots in a charity football match.
Although they lost 8-2 on the day they did raise £885 for Triple T's which is a part of

On Sunday 7th November staff and members of Arriva Southend FC, walked 19 miles from Southend to Rayleigh and back via 2 Southend bus routes.
The team raised around £500 to pay for the Charity Triple T's children’s Christmas parties.

Arriva Southend recently installed a brand-new bus stop wall vinyl at ‘Southend Care’. The wall vinyl is to replicate a bus stop for the residents as studies have found them to be a place of comfort and relaxation for those suffering from dementia.
