@alexsotob @intellijidea Does it help to do 'Preferences | Plugins | ⚙ | Disable all downloaded plugins' and restart the IDE? Another thing to try is temporarily reset IDE settings to defaults (a backup copy will be created in the process): File | Manage IDE Settings | Restore Default Settings

@Alfredo41011111 @intellijidea @fniephaus Unless changed in the settings, Toolbox keeps previous versions of IDEs so that an instant rollback is possible + download cache. You can disable the option and clear cache and any leftover directories in TB settings. See on how to reduce disk space usage.

@zecisz @intellijidea Just tested this updating my 2024.3 with a fairly default set of plugins to 2024.3.1: setting stayed disabled. In your case, one of the custom plugins could be the culprit. Examples of similar issues:
