And y’all say y’all climate change baddies
The Bahamas is set to make history as the first international destination to host a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket booster landing on February 17 off the coast of The Exumas. This milestone marks a significant step in the country’s role in space tourism, with 20 scheduled landings to take place in Bahamian waters on autonomous drone ships. The Hon. I. Chester Cooper, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation, leads a delegation working closely with SpaceX to ensure all safety, regulatory, and operational measures are in place. Further details regarding the landing and related activities will be announced soon.
