A little while ago we GA'ed Elasticsearch Service API that follows OpenAPI spec. I've generated a Java SDK and wrote some examples.
Using the API, you can create ES deployments on AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms with use case based deployment templates shown in the snippet.
