@sudhirmehtapune This relaying of tar on Mumbai roads needs to happen. For long the administration has fed us the idea of CC roads = solution to Mumbai pothole menace. Half of Mumbai roads are dirt tracks and other half are an intricate maze of uneven patchwork.
