I sent 14k emails last month and didn't get a single client from cold email outreach.
This is the reality of building an AI automation agency.
Yeah, you read that right.
14 thousand emails.
And not a single client to show for it.
Was it a waste of time?
Some might say, yes.

: Do what you really love
Building Focus, I realised that I’m not super excited talking about OKRs. I like team management and aligning teams around goals. However, it’s not something that expires me.
Expectations: Launch a SaaS, work remotely from Bali, and relax on the beach.
Reality: Woke up at 3:30am today to start calls by 5am because of time zone differences.
Do you think Bali is a paradise island?
I have some bad news for you.
I've lived in Bali for 3 years, and here's the dark side of this paradise:
• Excessive construction
• Heavy traffic in tourist areas
• Overcrowding with tourists
• Limited jogging spaces (no sidewalks)
