If you start with the presupposition “God can do all things” there is nothing you won’t believe as true no matter how contradictory it is to scientific facts or logic. This is a defective model for understanding reality and will very likely lead to false conclusions.

I’m not saying rape is wrong as a universally applied fact, I’m saying that it’s wrong to rape based on the knowledge that it objectively causes harm to another human. I agree with you that this is only the case because we’ve developed the intellect to determine this.
