Hi @Airtel_Presence The internet is not working since 2 days, unable to raise complaint as well as the previous complaint is not closed and not resolved. Every 3-4 hours we receive auto bot msg saying we are still trying to fix the issue but no luck. Kindly look into this.

@Airtel_Presence No response from your end. I tried contacting the local technician he said he will send the team now. When I asked what is the issue he said not sure we are yet to check. Seriously @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even after 20 hours issue is still not identified?

@Airtel_Presence Your esteemed broadband service is again disrupted since last 15 hours. We get a system generated message saying technician is working on your query and it would be resolved in next 3 hours, it's being 15 hours since then and yet no resolution. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Sir, Again since past 3 days the wifi is out of service for more than 48 hours. Why is it frequently happening in our area? No response from the local technical team here. I don't get why should we get Airtel fiber if it is not working for more time than it is working?
