Future letterers take note....this is awful balloon placement. I left room at the top left on purpose for the lettering and when I saw this in print I couldn't believe it. From Green Lantern 175 almost 20 years ago and it still bugs me when I see it.

I did this watercolor painting of Green Lantern about 7-8 years ago. I don’t consider myself that great at watercolors and at the time was so in a funk and not happy with it that I ended up tearing it up and throwing it away. Looking at it now I probably should have kept it.
