@NoCisgender Afghanistan. US forces noticed the women trkking a mile to do laundry in the river, so built a well. It was trashed and rebuilt 3 or 4 times and then they found out it wasn’t the Taliban, it was the women doing it. They wanted that time at the river to be away from the men!!!.
