Not really. The point is you can qualify to migrate as a doctor or nurse but you won't be able to practice right away in that job without Australian education or qualification, so you need sort of upskill or extra learning. The problem with this is not many can afford to do it,

That's a good question. You gotta understand the problem from engineering standpoint. 4 hours is all we need if we have overcapacity on the network. It is called a U-curve. Since it is cheaper (at least for now) to build the generation than storage, we overbuild 4x times
