There are some positives—they are contributing to Blender and OBS directly to work better on macOS. If their Tensorflow Metal plugin were open-source and they made a PyTorch backend it would do a lot. But yeah, nothing close to the CUDA ecosystem.

Answer to this quiz: The problem is the print in the initializer.😱
It causes MyApp to subscribe to changes of count, even though it doesn't care about that data. So when count changes, the app re-computes its body, creating a new model and wiping out the old.
