if you switch to a higher intake its inevitable that extreme hunger hits , but it will die down and after that a higher intake is much more sustainable + it boosts your metabolism
not proud but i endex up eating some sf gummies, dates, apricots and half a slice of bread so todays total is 1500 😕 11 k steps
tomorrow tho im planning around 700-800 cals so all in all itll be fine!

it can only track steps and workouts and adds that on top of ur bmr, but thats not fully accurate because you will burn more if youre not in a coma lmaoo

i like to make all kinds of konjac pasta dishes with lots of veggies and a protein source like salmon or an egg, this one had 70 cals for the pasta and 50 cals for a lot of salmon so 120 total 🫶🫶

oh no no you can just straight up use them, i soak and boil them to make sure they suck up as much water as they can (for volume), also lmao im quite new to edtwt ill add it rn i just didnt have any hit tweets before haha
