The funniest thing is Captain America did not go to Cyclops and Phoenix’s wedding nor did he go to Northstar and Kyle’s wedding nor did he go to Kitty and Colossus turned Gambit and Rogue’s wedding but Mystique and Destiny are the couple he’s like “yes I MUST attend”!
i 100% believe mystique and destiny invited everyone they know thinking most of the superheroes would decline but still send a gift to be polite and steve was one of the few to show up bc he wanted to support the sapphics 😭

I’d argue around the Season 4 episode “Beyond Good and Evil” when Apocalypse hired Sinister to kidnap Jean. Knowing she might be killed during that story, he would have given Apocalypse the clone so that he could keep the real Jean to continue his experiments.

After this Jean stopped wearing the pony tail and started wearing her hair down, which I think was an indication that Jean was starting to behave differently than before.
I know the animation style changed, but it would make for a good retroactive in-story hint.

Partially because as heroes, the X-Men are supposed to be above wiping out an entire species of sentient beings. Genocide is usually the actions of villains.
But also because their own student Broo is proof that the Brood can be more than the monsters they were created to be.

Dick & Kory were one of my favorite couples during their Titans years. But since Dick’s life outside the team was more “grounded” & less sci-fi, it never felt likely to last forever.
Babs felt more natural & always made more long term sense to me especially before the reboot.

Speaking as a server they probably became demoralized by guests. They get less shifts due of 25% capacity rules, working only 2-3 days a week & when they give guests amazing service a lot of people are only tipping 0-5%, & then camp out not allowing for new tables to be sat.
