You might have come across the following argument to justify recognizing Bergoglio as a true pope: "He does not intend to exercise his ex-cathedra power and does not want to define any dogma; therefore, his heresies do not compromise infallibility, and he is still the pope, although a bad one." This is a fallacy and a lie by omission. Indeed, the so-called popes of Vatican II do not intend to exercise any extraordinary magisterium nor define anything infallibly. But this is only a part of the story. They also have implemented a plan to change the Church's traditional doctrines, imposing upon the faithful a dogma-less religion, evil disciplines, and invalid/doubtful sacraments that fail to sanctify human beings. Who can sincerely say that the goal of Vatican II "popes" is the salvation of souls when abominable sins such as adultery and sodomy are considered acceptable manifestations of human love and the Commandments of God are mocked and re-defined as super-human "ideals?" Our Lord Jesus Christ does not - and cannot - grant His power to a pope-elect (assuming a valid election) who intends to destroy the Mystical Body via pernicious errors. Jorge Bergoglio is a usurper, not a real pope. His refusal to exercise infallibility is irrelevant. What matters is his intention to subvert Roman Catholicism, which is intrinsically incompatible with papal power.
