guys I’m having a progress from binge eating!! I’m only eating two meals a day and as snacks ONLY fruits! I‘m so happy 🥹 hopefully I can make it to one meal a day and leave the fruits out too

after a few weeks of being in a binge cycle I fasted until 6pm today and finally got my period because it could finally rest since I didn’t shove my body full with food

that one time when in front of an elevator a bunch of people squeezed in it and the elevator sending an alarm for weight limit when I entered it

I was eating dinner with my family and all of a sudden my mom complained how big I got and then my brother acted like an animal to mock me and they said how disgusting and fat I am and that they have to starve me with water and make me walk a lot with heavy weights
