JK she didn’t say that. Tbh I don’t think she’s ever looked at the mag. But imagine!
We are free to read and to submit, and we pay authors. Top tier, IMO.

The only time I actually care how you address your submission is if you put “Dear Sirs” which has happened several times and is baffling because a Sir has never been a part of the editorial staff of this magazine.

And unlike TBQ, I use form rejections. I’m sorry, but there are hundreds of you and one of me. Just one guy doing the thing. (My readers are great but I don’t make them do the responses)
I'm getting to those rejections. The Taco Bell Quarterly has been flirting with implosion and burnout lately! We're still making a literary magazine at any emotional and financial cost!
