Fragile genomic regions undergo mitotic DNA synthesis (#MiDAS). We found evidence for post-mitotic DNA synthesis (post-MiDAS) Post-MiDAS occurs at telomeres, particularly in ALT-positive cancer cells, and is amplified by replication stress #DNArepair #ALT
