Seems totally good value for money and legit to me.

Shame on you @SenSchumer. The game is up buddy. Turn and give evidence against the bad guys while you still can and be a hero or face the music like them. The choice is yours. Well said @BillAckman. Next up can you bring the same transparency and accountability to the UK please @elonmusk?

Hahaha somebody has just FAFO! Academic Institutions have codes of conduct. For exactly the same reason he, BDS etc sought to ban Zionists, is precisely the reason those same Academic Institutions can now flip that logic and ban Anti-Zionists aka NAZIs. He just doesn’t like the flip. Appeal then mate. Due process all the way to the US Supreme Court. Where your own argument defeats your appeal. What. A. Moron! What college did he even get into?
Far-left TikToker Guy Christensen fears expulsion from college over his support for various Palestinian terrorist organizations.

Zoom out! We’re witnessing a major hegemonic event. You may disagree, but this is my hot take. By 1945 the US hegemony had emerged and the world had seen the true economic and military might of the US. From 1945-1985, roughly speaking, a US economic and military hegemony extended around the globe and the Cold War was won by the US. OPEC emerged and fuelled multiple hegemonic challengers. From 1985-2025, roughly speaking, we witnessed Fukuyama’s end of history, which saw a surging and strong US bowing forgivingly and progressively to a ‘defeated’ world. US financial kindness was taken for weakness all whilst other challenger hegemonies strengthened in the distance and made their plans. Russia. China. Iran/Qatar. With post-colonialism and anti-imperialism as a unifying despotic axis for them. An axis first seen significantly in the theocratic overthrow of the Shah of Iran in Feb 1979. The subsequent betrayal of the Iranian left should be seen as a foreshadowing to be heeded. So we find ourselves in 2025 inevitably in a world of hegemonic collision with a resurgent US more than capable of meeting those three challengers. The trio struggle to economically or militarily answer current sanctions. Even under the Democrats. Indeed their economies are mired. And the 2025 tariffs are a prime example why. Leverage is leverage. ‘It’s the economy stupid’ And the current response from México/Canada/China is similarly under leveraged and will fail for the same reasons. Jingoistic nationalism aside. Meeting fire with fire is the wrong approach when you don’t really have leverage. Don’t believe me? Play poker more. The US can afford to be a chip bully and with Trump in charge knows how to play hardball unlike any of them. Pride comes before a fall and the numbers are in the USAs favour. My recommendation to México and Canada? Deal now before your economy gets hit and while you still have chips to trade. When your economy is in a worse place you’ll have less leverage and more political pressure to compromise. Either way, the US ends up winning. For me this signals the end of the era of progressive politics, which was clearly weaponised by the hegemonic trio to undermine western society via its own liberal education and academic structures. And you thought this was just about Israel? Ironically, the price paid is the start of a new global Hobbesian era, a rebooted realpolitik sans Kissinger. Where might makes right. Thus, whether you like it or not, the future is an American one. If Fukuyama predicted the end of history. I’m predicting the end of hegemony. It’s just a matter of time and the deals people secure. As for Trump, he’s all in, holding a pair of bullets with two more in the flop. If you’re holding out for a straight flush you need your head examining.

@rich_toronto Nope. Ego! Pride! Hubris! All in the way. Not until it’s too late anyway. That’s why sensible needs to be strong right now.
