Fasting 20:4 a day has been life changing. I’m 38 days in. Results:
I didn’t weigh myself before (dough) but I’d guess I’ve lost half a stoneish so far.

My friend advised me to stop drinking coffee as soon as I wake up. Wait 60-90 mins then drink it. Cortisol naturally wakes us up & caffeine then has its true affect. Been optimising food + drinks so much more since fasting.

We have a similar thing here in the UK called SEIS (50% tax relief on first £150k of investment/no cap gains on sale of shares) and EIS (30% relief up to £12m/£5m a year cap/no cap gains on sale). Both have downside protection built in too if company goes bust.
