The argument for general LLMs is their broadness. Although right now coding is the most applicable feature, reaching AGI for the purpose of elevating the average persons IQ even a couple points would dramatically impact a nations output. This will also be very significant when autonomous robots are in everyones homes.

@Sentdex This point is critical. Especially as it pertains to efficiency, learning new topics, adapting to new codebases/languages. The applications are endless (no pun intended).
