@graveyardcoyote do you take stuff for your joints? if youre okay with taking something thats illegal but totally safe and ik alot of people who have taken it, its bpc-157 and its just a peptide, its just not legal due to it not being researched enough and yk how big pharma is, its super effectiv

@graveyardcoyote i mean im not as much anymore, one thing i reccomend is just spam pushups everyday, and get 1g protein per lb bw atleast if you can get that into ur diet, helps get the shape nice
