@jajacreatives Is this one wrapped? I see an opportunity here that could provide a lot more simplicity, read better in mono, and be a bit more direct to the nail aspect.

@davidlovejoyx It’s what has allowed me to operate free of any marketing for over 2 years now. Without it, my operating costs would be a lot less lucrative.

@contra Had to do this at the close of 2024. Work poured in, and the higher number always felt exciting, but only at the cost of my mental and physical health. January closed with 2.5x my monthly goal, which allows me to turn stuff away as needed and take some extra personal.

The devil lies in the details you overlook. The customer decides the brand in its effect it has and the way it resonates, but the business controls the touchpoints that help influence the outcomes. When working with brand, remember to zoom in and out frequently to see it from all ends. Zoom out to see how it aligns with the horizon you're heading towards, and zoom in to ensure each and every element is cared for properly. When you fail to do either, you customer eventually takes notice and decides their involvement and perception of your brand accordingly.

@BrettFromDJ there's a cleansing process happening in the space that's putting the power in the hands of the creator. If you're both skilled and efficient, you're primed for success.

Solo Agency/Business Owners: How do you operate your business? I currently run as an LLC that files as an S Corp, but have to pay myself a “reasonable” salary fit for the market and distribute the rest. On top of that, I pay payroll taxes on the salary and quarterly income tax on the distributions. Is there a simpler and more effective way? It seems cumbersome but the tax savings are pretty vast…

My guess is that this is an effort to influence LeBron to waive his no trade clause in hopes someone offers the kitchen sink. I like it.
Rob Pelinka said the Lakers’ acquiring a starting center at the trade deadline is “unrealistic” due to a currently dry market. Los Angeles plans to make another small trade within the next 48 hours before focusing on reshaping the team in the offseason.
