At this point getting drafted to the lakers, just expect to be traded within a year, even if ur a high first round draft pick.

Its like having a boss make decisions for a department that they have no understanding of. They just see metrics, not the complete scope of the situation.
I’ve been deep in this Luka Dončić trade rabbit hole since it happened, but this sticks out the most: How does a GM not loop in his HC on a trade this big? Jason Kidd finding out “at the 11th hour, right before it was announced” is just bonkers to me.
