Scottish audience - Theresa May's police cuts you're talking about haven't happened in Scotland because @theSNP kept police numbers. #bbcqt

I'm #YesBecause the ideas generated through #IndyRef to make Scotland better are too strong to go back in the box.

If Scottish broadcast media was independent, rather than beamed in from another country, our national attitude to public health measures would be substantially different and better supported. Would Danes be better served getting their news as a tack on to broadcasts from Berlin?

I hope Johann Lamont sees the irony in being forced out because she didn't have 'Scottish Labour's future in Scottish Labour's hands'...

Despite the cringing Scotland should be proud of this. Sharing our progressive ideals with Commonwealth. #equality http://t.co/cTXqaWDUoU

What is “unviable” for our planet is the continual demolition of existing buildings for the short term benefit of the shareholders of volume house builders. #retrofirst ♻️

A depressing decision by Glasgow City Council Planning Committee. This 1934 building at the former Jordanhill College adds to the rich heritage of the community. The demolition justification by @CALAHOMES is flimsy and embellished, as @theAHSS pointed out.

Disaster for Yes as Alex Salmond loses first debate by polling 55% to Darling's 45% amongst undecided voters. The logic of the Scots press.

A Friday morning provocation for @ReplacetheM8 - how might we actually deliver a covered M8 through Charing Cross? Re-establishing key connections, removing the barrier of the Woodside Viaduct with Boulevard and opportunities for development around the edges of new linked parks.

The 'M8 roof garden' at Charing Cross was first proposed in 2015. The Metro plan was announced in 2019. We're still no further forward on how any of these projects are to be financed and delivered. The Council needs to stop acting like a think tank and actually deliver projects.

The bile filled bigotry of the Orange Order bringing the pipes to the streets at a time when Edinburgh's at it's internationalist best. Ugh.
