It’s a sign of a society that doesn’t value children. I will never stay in a hotel/condo/etc w/o a tub and even better if it has a detachable nozzle for hosing off kids

A disturbing trend in apartment complex development is bathrooms that only have showers like this and no bathtub. Excuse me but I cannot live somewhere that has no bathtub. A life without baths is not a life I am willing to pay thousands of dollars a month for

@audrawrongspeak When my husband was working in the city he ate out every single day at $10-$15 a pop. This was pre kids. Roughly $3700/yr accounting for two weeks vacation. He also paid $100ish/month for parking.

@hillbillythings We didn’t pay this much for our house which is close to 2800sf 😅 BUT if you put our house in the NW side of town it would be easily $550k-$600k and I just think that’s insane. Bc we live on the SW side of town it’s a difference of $250k-$300k

I was reading the officers guide that was given to my grandparents when my Abuelo was commissioned and all I gotta say is “make marines the most feared men again.” Non military folks don’t understand how feminized the military has gotten over the past 5-10 yrs

Guys I’ll be 38 this year and I still have my grandparents. I don’t take this blessing for granted And I also just cried saying goodbye to them. I’m painfully aware that time is fleeting
