Today we said goodbye to another
@afmsPE
legend. Harry was one of the greatest characters this department has had. He took hold of any opportunity he was given. His beloved Austin House top will hang on the rugby posts in his honour until half term. You won’t be forgotten.

Another year down and it doesn’t get any easier. It’s tough building relationships with children and having them disappear in an instant. We have said goodbye to some wonderful human beings today who will go on to do special things. Thanks for being such a delightful year group.

One of the best but one of the saddest in the calendar. One of the toughest parts of teaching is knowing the pupils you build relationships with will soon move on. We’ve had some incredible year 8s and will miss them a lot. Got some great gifts though! 😢 😢 😢

We are absolutely gutted to hear of the passing of our basketball coach, Brian. Brian has worked with AFMS for 11 years and his passion for developing younger children through the sport has been exceptional. He will be sorely missed and we pass on our condolences to his family❤️

for y5/6 quicksticks World Cup. We had 3 teams participating and 16 y7/8 leaders assisting with the event. They even got to pose with the Women’s World Cup trophy🏆. So many positive things happening at the club at the moment. Well done!
