okay so april han is the best for legs and arms, i did so much "burn X00 calories" (home fitness challenge is cool), random abs challenge, like 3 minutes abs in bed, and i also did so much workout pilates waist by april han!! i did workouts irregularly, like (1)

okay so basically straight after eating drink like glass of water, it helps me so much. it's coming easier. use two fingers, and put them deep, and if you feel coming it, try to move them a little. if you're crying while doing it, dw, i have this too
