a day. The days when I overate or was forced to eat, I usually tried to burn at least something off by exercise. When it comes to eating though, I didn’t really eat anything too healthy but I didn’t necessarily eat any junk food as well.
2. For exercise, I try to exercise at least 3 times a week, not only to burn off cals but also just because I enjoy it. I used to be a professional athlete and I just like exercise itself. I go to the gym 2x a week, I usually just do weightlifting for 45mins-1h and cardio for
4.Since I couldn’t skip some meals, go to low cal meals were and still are rice cakes w cream cheese, a low cal wrap with salad and a little bit of sauce only (no meat), oatmeal, protein bars, fruit and grilled broccoli with rice
8.I drank and still drink loads of green and nettle tea. For me personally, it really helps me with digestion and 🚽. For digestion and 🚽, I also recommend eating fruit like blueberries, raspberries and blackberries!

7.Skipping certain meals was hard since I still live with my parents but since I go to school and I’m there the whole day, I just skipped lunch and told my parents that I ate. When they packed me foods to eat, I gave them to my classmates or just threw them away.
Tbh I think that’s all! Remember, this isn’t a healthy way to l0se w€ight and those things are just the things that helped me personally. Everyone has a different body so if these won’t work for u, try something different and don’t give up! :)

Exactly like good for u but I didn’t choose to have an ed like I wish I could eat 2 full meals in less than 12hrs like u but I just can’t like they think that we make this up but ed is literally a mental disorder and I wish it would be as easy to eat as they think so

Made Felix’s brownies and actually tried them. This was the first time I’ve actually tried what I baked in months. It was pretty scary and hard but I’m proud of myself🤞Also they were like EXTREMELY good omg
I think I’m gonna recover and try to lose weight the healthy way cause I’m just tired I’m genuinely mentally so tired of this disorder it’s gonna be hard but like I just genuinely don’t know how to help myself with binging, I just had to seek out for help.

You only gain it back if you eat a big amount of food afterwards and don’t continue fasting for at least shorter periods of time. I usually gain it all back cause fasting triggers binges for me but if you stick to your diet, you won’t gain it back (at least I think)
Why r energy drinks and coffee like lax for me istggg everytime I have one im literally suffering on the toilet 10mins later (a bit too personal but im priv so idc😛)
