Wally has replaced Barry as the main flash and is on the league again
Hal still gets solo content but his place on the JL isn’t really solid
And Arthur isn’t even allowed a solo or on the JL

Terry is actually an awful example of how to do a legacy character, he’s extremely limited to neo Gotham and requires Bruce to fall out with the entire batfam to work. He’ll never be transitioned to the main DCU, thus making him a bad example of legacy

I don’t think Alex Ross hates legacy, he just hates how dark DC got at a certain point an associates certain characters with it (Kyle, Firestorm and Cass Cain), which is totally fine
I’d love to see him do a proper piece with any those three, but it’s not him hating legacy

Roy’s reputation has completely changed. He went from a character defined by ability to overcome tragedy and a great father to playing second fiddle to Jason Todd and having his moral compass stripped from him. He’s still constantly seen by fans as a Red Hood supporting character

It feels like “titans become the main team” actually means “titans have never been a competent team until this book”. Maybe that was editorial wanting it that way, maybe it’s just how Taylor’s attacked the prompt, either way the book continues to disrespect the titans history.
Tom Taylor was not equipped to carry this title 😭
I don't want to go too hard on him cause I know he can make some great stuff, but his Titans just isn't it and it gets worse when he just trashes on the New Teen Titans era to just uplift the league.
