it just so happens that policies with organ transplants and some cancer treatments have a bit of an overlap, and I was already reading a review on updates regarding vaccine requirements for immunotherapy so it's not like I was going out of my way or anything, but thank you for appreciating the battles I do choose (there are far more that I don't).

@xgigglypuff this is ad hominem, but taking him at his word, that might explain the odd pattern of beardgrowth, because I refuse to believe someone would willing choose to grow their beard in that way.

If you can't find the sources, btw, that is likely because you are searching for safety of unvaccinated organ recipients (of which there are few positive documentations), vs searching for increased morbidity of SOT recipients who are unvaccinated, of which there are significantly more documented. That somebody wasn't Sam, it was her companion. So again, irrelevant. I'm not saying the trial shouldn't have been conducted with regards to the original chargest. Do you see the word "long "? For a racially motivated crime to have happened and tried, there needs to first be a crime. It's a waste because unfortunately, it's not a crime to be racist. Racism is serious, yes. And we can call people racist because they are, but unfortunately, it's not legally punished. But the charge for the crime itself was so flimsy that it was a long-winded farce of a trial for no real crime. If she'd destroyed property with racial motivations, assaulted someone with racial motivations, that would be a racially AGGRAVATED crime. I'd much rather the courts be used for victims of actual hate crimes where there is palpable damage other than a poor dude's ego.

Literally none of what I said, or what the person I replied to said was about racism. The OP said she commited the crime of willful damage - that was not even what she was charged for. The crime she was charged for was harassment. A crime can be racially aggravated, but if the crime is non-existent, the racial aggravation charge can't be upheld. Harassment can occur, and it's a charge on top of that for harassment to be racially aggravated, the original charge was was a harassment charge, on top of which racial aggravation was laid. The jury's verdict is that not guilty of any crime of harassment. None of which is even what Jane was insinuating Sam's "crimes" were. But if you can't grasp reading comprehension, I understand if your grasp on the law is worse off.

First, she wasn't even the one that kicked the window in, it was her companion, so she never even had to pay, but did anyway. But nice moving of the goalpost there. It's clear you'll keep moving it regardless of what we say. Stay outraged on a verdict where the jury has clearly ruled that no crime was committed. Bad behaviour is not a crime.
