Autonomous vehicles are no longer a promise. The global ecosystem of self-driving networks is coming faster than you may realize. Uber & Lyft are racing into AVs with Waymo, Cruise, & more, turning partnerships into scale. Lyft’s Partnerships: • Collaboration with May Mobility to introduce AVs in Atlanta. • Partnerships with Mobileye (advanced driver assistance) and Nexar (dashcam data for AV research). • Motional delivered over 130,000 autonomous rides, primarily in Las Vegas. • Exploring San Francisco as a potential AV market. Uber’s Expansion: • Partnership with Cruise to offer robotaxi rides starting next year. • Expanding Waymo collaborations in Austin and Atlanta, with plans for hundreds of Waymo vehicles in these cities. • A total of 14 AV partnerships, with further global expansion expected.
