Wait, a sitting US Congressman owns a company that pays drivers $5 before expenses to shop an order and deliver it 23+ miles in the desert heat?. The average vehicle would use over a gallon of gas on this trip. At $3/gal this driver pay is approx $3/hr before other expenses.
