Fantastic weekend teaching on the Advanced Medicine course with Wilderness Medical Training in Kendal. Wonderful faculty and enthusiastic students. One of the most interesting and relevant wilderness medical courses around! Thanks @wildmedtraining for the invite!

In need of a suggestion for a police friendly full body manikin (ideally with trauma compatible limbs) which accepts a size 4 igel, which successfully seals and ventilates. Any thoughts TacMed colleagues? @_DF42 @Tacmedic_

Great day teaching with @Frscotland yesterday. Fantastic training facility for the students to practice their skills in realistic settings. Here for example 'Dickie' has an arrest in bed in a tight bedroom. High fidelity training is so vitally important at all levels of practice.

I will be starting my journey into paramedicine with @UWSParamedic next week. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time leading ASCs medic and first aid programme but am excited for things to come. Fair well policing, it's been fun!
