Fantastic weekend teaching on the Advanced Medicine course with Wilderness Medical Training in Kendal. Wonderful faculty and enthusiastic students. One of the most interesting and relevant wilderness medical courses around! Thanks @wildmedtraining for the invite!

In need of a suggestion for a police friendly full body manikin (ideally with trauma compatible limbs) which accepts a size 4 igel, which successfully seals and ventilates. Any thoughts TacMed colleagues? @_DF42 @Tacmedic_

Great day teaching with @Frscotland yesterday. Fantastic training facility for the students to practice their skills in realistic settings. Here for example 'Dickie' has an arrest in bed in a tight bedroom. High fidelity training is so vitally important at all levels of practice.

A&S's tactical medics have just finished two months of spring requalifications, where they worked closely from partners from the Ambulance Service and Fire & Rescue service to manage multiple patient incidents using Ten Second Triage. Fantastic work all round from all services 👍

My favourite day of the week - new check card day! Waterproof, infection control compliant, robust, and 'cop proof' check cards for our tactical medics. User-friendly cognitive aides to support their assessment and decision making, increasing their bandwidth under stress.
