@Swedensky @e_libertas @spooked75 @SecDef Was it the value of “sending prominent colonists to France and beg for help”?

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski Ok and? You are still carrying water* for him. Your assertion that more water in closer proximity wouldn’t have helped is baseless and counterfactual to all contemporary knowledge on fighting fires. More water, closer to the fires, always leads to BETTER outcomes.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski The lines are already there. They don’t need pumps to get water from the reservoir to low elevation areas. At this point, newsom could sodomise you and you would justify it.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski No. They don’t need pumps in the low elevation areas. Even if they used hydrants in low elevation areas as filling stations for the Mobil hydrants, it would significantly cut down on travel time with no pumps required.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski You prioritize areas that have a higher propensity to spread to and gauge wind direction. You have learned helplessness.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski You think it’s opinion that “more water provided to the fire site would have helped”? lol.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski “If the reservoir couldn’t have helped you attack every fire at the same time, then it would have been useless”. lol. Why don’t you engage the argument and not beat the dog shit out of the strawman?

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski No but part of the exam to be certified as an operator by the epa is doing things like calculating dosing of water based on volume, and calculating the pressure you can get from holding tanks.

@AtPeli @NukenDuke88 @Woke_Dalek @legaltweetz They do have access to bathrooms though. They just don’t get to choose.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski I don’t doubt they get the 100 level basic overview but they definitely consult civil engineers with experience in water distribution.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski The reservoir is up on a hill and it’s a gravity feed system.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski Who do you think urban planning consults when designing water distribution systems?

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski You want evidence that more water would have helped? lol

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski I work in water treatment so I know a bit about distribution systems.

@gratefulmann @seldomsensible @WKuzushi @KyleKulinski You are beating the shit out of the strawman. No one said use all at once. Having 100M gallons coming right to the site would have been beneficial. How many acres and houses do you think could have been saved if Newsom had been proactive?
