UPDATE: At a hearing this morning, the judge accused Miami Beach of "trying to circumvent" her order to reopen Ocean Drive to two-way traffic and said the city needs to comply.
NEW: A judge has ordered Miami Beach to remove a pedestrian plaza and bike lane to restore two-way vehicle traffic to Ocean Drive, saying the city failed to get proper county permits for three years.

This year's Miami Beach spring break video is out, following last year's "breakup" campaign. It's a reality show spoof (complete with its own Instagram account) that warns spring breakers to stay away. The city paid an ad agency $425,000 to produce it.
