I need to break my salary into how much I earn per day, so when people ask me for money, I will match that against how many days work it would require to get the money requested for. Then tell the person, make e know the work that went into getting that money, to give away.

For better context, I live in a 3 bed room apartment with big parlor, rooms and kitchen for 370k. My total package was about 490k. I paid 400k first and paid the rest after a month.

The mental effort it takes to battle getting depressed is damn right crazy!. You have to get a grip on your emotions, actions and thoughts. One slip and you're spiralling down. Routines are helpful but with enough time, they start to notch you into the feelings you're fighting.
