I need to break my salary into how much I earn per day, so when people ask me for money, I will match that against how many days work it would require to get the money requested for.

For better context, I live in a 3 bed room apartment with big parlor, rooms and kitchen for 370k.

You have to get a grip on your emotions, actions and thoughts. One slip and you're spiralling down.
