@NikkiClark86 I prefer to use natal name/title. Sometimes I worry about doing it because it's not established practice but it makes more sense for my women who are often married multiple times. So I definitely support you using that convention!

@DrSarahLKenny I found Still Life by Sarah Winman heart-warming in a good way (sometimes I find 'feel good/heart-warming' books leave me a bit cold). It also makes you want to go to Florence immediately!

@NikkiClark86 I looked at the later 16th century material (Thynne papers) on microfilm at the IHR. It was a while ago though so I can't remember how much of the collection is available
