@RealYoungMase @LosAngeles_Scan I live down the street and they said it was a looting diversion. Looters have been coming through Mandeville and westridge the past few nights. One westridge resident was about to be looted in broad daylight but he showed his gun and they all ran away.

@Foodaism @CrowdedHead @EricRWeinstein Just went to the top of west ridge trailhead. Firefighters said that it looks pretty much contained based on all the air support all day. Went down Bayliss and there were no signs of fire and 3 fire trucks on watch. Sullivan is good. Bright red was visible north of the area.

@CrowdedHead @EricRWeinstein I’m a current resident that is still in the area. 1 house has burned down at the top of west ridge and 1 was saved as around noon today. They sent out ground teams to the top of west ridge trailhead around. They have 4 bulldozers that are coming back and forth between refueling.
