If the Downing St coronavirus news conference wasn't traumatising enough, in the post for Dad today: 1. Govt letter advising he stop shielding 2. Request to book his booster vaccine 3. His death certificate stating his cause of death as "Covid-19 Pneumonitis" There are no words

@seanmmona2101 @SaferNowCYP Yes! Well done for seeing the lesson & acting on it. Health is everything. Once lost/broken, it's a very long road back & even then it's never quite the same ever again. I'm 3yrs on & learning to slow down/honour my health anew every day. Looking forward to your 2025 successes!
