When women felt the EHRC was not protecting our rights as it should, we made arguments, we provided them with evidence, we engaged in any processes we could to make clear how & why something was wrong, & this led to the EHRC having to change some its guidance & positions.
Until we as a community see a significant investment, meaningful engagement and progressive action taken by the EHRC towards progressing trans rights, we see no merit in further dialogue.
