Check out the Filing Fairness Toolkit ( - an interactive guide for state courts on how to simplify, standardize, and modernize court filing systems to increase access to justice. It's a great resource for advancing scalable digital A2J solutions in courts.

@AhmadMansour__ I think that’s what Bari Weiss was saying too. But this is nothing new. A version of this has been floating around for more than a century and gets revived every 40 years in a new form. Very attractive ideology for those who don’t respect rights of the individual.

@PheonixMedic @StanfordLaw She clearly called out the inconsistency of what happened with the university’s principles and policies. Weaker leaders would be defensive or minimizing. Didn’t happen here. Don’t miss the forest for the trees here.

@AlexHamiltonRad It’s uo to the GCs alone. This is not hard to do if you respect profitability models and drive billing changes to reincentivize staffing models.

@AlexHamiltonRad @azeem The purpose of the enterprise is to provide value to customers in a changing world. The workplace expectations should reflect that - e.g., Netflix’s new culture guidelines re content diversity. Obviously the ability to attract & retain key talent plays into those decisions.
